The Fall’s Landing Welcomes Chef Daniel Kaufmann

                

             May 25, 2009: The Fall’s Landing Seafood Restaurant, located at 23 East Main Street in Brevard, is pleased to welcome Chef Daniel Kaufmann to their talented team.  Chef Kaufmann brings an exciting new combination of flavors and style from his extensive resume, which includes Yacht Haven Grande in St. Thomas, V.I., Commander’s Palace in New Orleans and the Biltmore in Asheville.

             Born in New Orleans, Chef Kaufmann has traveled extensively, learning new techniques, and then combining them to creating his own distinctive, signature dishes.  After  two tours in the Caribbean, he has recently settled in Weaverville with his wife, Virginia and step-daughter Bridget.
